Informal Consultation
If you are unsure whether you want to schedule a one-time appointment, enroll in a course or annual program, or purchase a product, feel free to contact us for a non-committal discussion about your personal situation and to obtain more information. There are no charges for consultations, whether conducted by phone, online, or via email. You can schedule a non-committal appointment in our calendar through this link.
Scheduling an Appointment
To schedule a meeting for personal advice about our products and services or if you’d like to suggest a new start date for the annual program or the annual program including Exclusive Membership that’s not on the agenda, you can contact us via email, social media, or phone. The possibilities will be discussed based on your inquiry through email, social media, phone, or Teams.
Registration via Email, Phone, or Social Media
If registration for an event or program is required, you must mention your registration via email, phone, or social media. Upon registration, you are obligated to make the payment according to the agreed payment method. You will receive a written confirmation of your participation.
Confidentiality
Your information will be treated confidentially. It will not be shared with third parties unless agreed from both sides. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect and process personal data.
Payment
Payment can be made either in full or in installments using the payment link provided in the email or through the payment options on the website for the selected product, course or program. In other cases, such as when you want your employer to pay for whatever you signed-up for, you will receive an invoice by email, and payment must be made within two weeks (unless otherwise agreed) through the provided payment link or manually to the bank account: NL94RABO0362638780, payable to ACADEMY OF ENERGY, specifying the invoice number.
Payment in the ACADEMY OF ENERGY app or academyofenergy.passion.io
If you have made a payment to access content in the app for which a monthly fee is deducted, this payment will be automatically deducted monthly until cancellation. Cancellation can be done at any time by sending a message to info@academyofenergy.nl. The month in which the cancellation is requested will still be charged. You will be unsubscribed from the following month onwards (1st of the month).
Payment Plan for Low-Income Individuals and Students
If you are a student or have a minimum income, a reduced rate or customized payment plan may be applied in some cases. The terms of this arrangement will be mutually agreed upon and must be documented in writing for validity. The decision to offer a reduced rate does not guarantee an adjusted rate in the future.
Cancellation of Consultation
Please cancel a consultation at least 24 hours in advance, either in writing or by phone. Two cancellations can be made free of charge provided a new date is scheduled. Failure to cancel or cancellation less than 24 hours in advance will result in a charge for the consultation. In such cases, payment must be made according to the terms stated on the invoice.
Cancellation of Participation in an (Online) Event, Course, or Training
For online events such as meditations or workshops that occur once and for which you register via the website, app, or email, payment is required in advance to process your registration. This also applies to most courses or trainings. Our payment registrations are handled through the secure online payment environments of Plugandpay, Mollie, or Passion.io, and data is processed in accordance with current privacy laws. If you wish to cancel the event, course, or training for which no payment has been made yet but for which we have received your written registration or sent you a written confirmation after our consultation, the following charges will be done:
- 25% of the total amount for cancellations made from four weeks to 24 hours before the start of the (first) session
- 100% of the total amount for cancellations within 24 hours before the start of the (first) session, failure to cancel, or after the start of the event
Any excess amount paid upon cancellation will be refunded to your account within two weeks.
Refund in case of cancellation by our Academy
It may happen that an event, course, or program is canceled due to insufficient participants or unexpected circumstances on our part. In such cases, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid within two weeks of cancellation, or we can agree in writing to reserve the amount for the newly scheduled date.
Complaints Procedure
Efforts are continuously made to prevent complaints. If you are dissatisfied and have a complaint, please share it via info@academyofenergy.nl. We will work together to find a solution.
